For our business expansion now we are looking for sales team who can be the engine of our growth. Talented, sales people with go getter attitude will be considered for Area Sales Manager postion.

Role Overview

Position: Area Sales Manager (ASM) – Solar Sector

Industry: Renewable Energy / Solar PV / Electrical Products

Location: Field-focused (Regional territory assignments with frequent local travel) [1, 2]

Key Responsibilities

Territory & Channel Management: Build and grow the network of dealers, distributors, installers, and Solar EPC partners within the assigned area.

Sales Growth: Drive primary and secondary sales targets for solar products, including PV modules, structures, and related solutions.

B2B Relationships: Negotiate commercial terms, manage channel partners, and resolve partner grievances across the sales lifecycle.

Market Intelligence: Track local competitor activities, pricing trends, and emerging regional business opportunities.

Reporting: Maintain daily sales reports, track pipeline health, and forecast revenue using basic CRM tools and MS Office. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing; an MBA is a plus.

Experience: 3 to 6 years of proven B2B or channel sales experience in the solar, power backup, or electrical industry.
